What is Samagra ID?
Samagra ID is an Identity Document of Madhya Pradesh people issued by the Government of Madhya Pradesh through the Samagra Portal. This SSSM ID has been created to provide complete social security to its residents.
Samagra ID card is mandatory for old people, girl children, widows, people living below the poverty line, labor, disabled to take a benefit of state government schemes like Scholarship, Pension, Marriage Assistance, Food Security Program, Social Security, and many more. Along with this, a person can also check various services like a pension scheme, scholarship scheme, the search for the urban body, colony/ward, family ID information, and other important information.
Types of Samagra ID
There are two types of samagra id i.e. family SSSM id and member SSSM id.
Family SSSM ID
Family Samgra ID has 8 digits number, which is issued to an entire family. Parivar Samagra ID is used as the identity card of the family.
Member SSSM ID
Member Samagra Id is of 9 digits, which is given to every family member. This ID is issued to each member of the family. However, Member SSSM ID is given to only those people whose family is registered on the samgra portal or have Family Samgra ID. and the member must have necessary registered as a family member during family registration on the Samagra portal.
If the registration of a member of the family is not done in the Family SSSM ID Card, then that person will not be given the Member Samagra ID Card.

How to apply online for Samagra ID on Samagra Portal?
- Firstly, You to visit the official website SSSM ID – www.samagra.gov.in
- After this, the homepage of the website will open in front of you.
- On the home page, you will get the option of a registered family. As you are shown below.
- You must click on the register family link and the Samagra ID MP Registration Form will be open in front of you.
- In this first part of the form, you will have to fill in the details related to the address such as District, zone, Colony, Local Body, Village, House no. Caste and Religious. Fill in all the information correctly according to the Aadhar card.
- After That second part of the form, you will have to fill in details of the Family head such as First name, last name, DOB, Age, Gender, Mobile Number, Aadhar Number, and Email id.
- In the third part of the form, you will have to upload the document and fill in the details related to the document. The document size should not exceed 600 kb.
- In the fourth/last part of the form, you will have to click add a member and add your family member and fill in details of every family member such as member’s name, date of birth, gender, marital status, what is his/her relationship with you, mobile number, email ID with Aadhaar card number, etc.
- Now you enter the given captcha code and click on the registered application button.
- When you click on the register application, OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number which you have to verify.
