Right to Education Act (RTE)
The Government of India has made the Right to Free & Compulsory Education – RTE Act, 2009 on 4 August 2009 to provide free and compulsory education for children between the ages of 6 and 14 in India under Article 21A. To raise the education level in rural and urban areas.
Under RTE Act every private or non-government regulated school must reserve 25 per cent of seats for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Reserved Category (SC/ST/PH) students. RTE MP 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Following are the eligibility and required documents for RTE Madhya Pradesh Admission 2023 are mentioned below:

- Valid BPL Card Holder families.
