PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM KISAN Yojana) is the central government scheme announced by Piyush Goyal in the 2019 Interim Union Budget of India on 1 February 2019. under this scheme Rs. 6000/- yearly amount is given to all the landholder farmers in the three equal installments of Rs. 2000/- each. and the amount will be deposited directly to the bank accounts of the farmers. PM Kisan Scheme was started on 1 December 2018 and till now more than 12 crore farmers are registered in PM Kisan Yojana.

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme Eligibility Criteria

• The farmer should be an Indian citizen.
• Only marginal and small farmers are eligible to apply for this Scheme
• All landholding farmers’ families must have cultivable land in their names can apply for this scheme.
• You must have Government Identity Proof documents.
• Farmers from both the urban and rural areas are eligible.
• Farmer’s age should be above 18 years.

Documents Required for PM Kisan Yojana Registration

• Aadhaar card (Except Assam, Meghalaya, and J&K, and Laddakh state of farmers) For the candidates of these states/ UTs, they can use documents such as Voter lD Card, Driving Licence, NREGA Job Card, or any other documents issued by Governments for the purpose of identity verification.

How to Apply online for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana Form 2021?

• Firstly, You to visit the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi official website pmkisan.gov.in.
• After this, the homepage of the website will open in front of you.
• On the Home page scroll down, You will see the ‘New farmer registration‘ tab on the right side. As you are shown below.
• After clicking on the new farmer registration tab new page will be open in front of you. As you are shown below.
• Here, you will be asked to enter your Aadhar Number, select your state, and fill the Captcha Code correctly. After filling in all these details click on the search button.
• Now the complete registration form will open where you have to enter all the details correctly.
• After entering everything click on submit button.
• Now you have to enter your bank details where you want to deposit the installment.
• Submit the bank details and now wait for the officials to review your application.

Note: Those applicants have registration pending. They have to wait till PM Kisan Status is approved by the authorities. If you want to check your PM Kisan Status, you need to visit the official website https://pmkisan.gov.in and click the link on the ‘status of self-register tab and check your status by entering your Aadhar number. if you are rejected, your status is going to be shown in Rejected List.

• This scheme was started for the farmers on 01 December 2018.
