Intra Haryana Online Registration
If you are govt employee in the state of Haryana and want to register on the portal then follow the step by step procedure mentioned below
- Firstly you have to go to Intra Haryana official portal – https://intrahry.gov.in
- After that website home page will open on your screen.
- On the home page, click on the new registration option. as shown below
- After the click, the Registration form will open on your screen.
- Now select Employee Type and Enter the Payee Code/Unique Code or Salary Account Number. and click on submit button.
- After that, you have to enter your mobile number.
- Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number which you have to enter.
- Your registration process is completed by entering the OTP.

How to Apply online for the Intra Haryana Leave application?
- To apply for a leave application first, visit the official website.
- On the home page, log in with the username and password
- After successful login, the dashboard will open on your screen.
- On the dashboard, you will see the Manu bar on the left side where you have to click on the “Online Leave and Tour Module” option as seen in the image below.
- After that, Click on my leave option then click on the “apply for leave” option like in the image given below are shown.
- Now Leave application form will open on your screen, enter all the information asked in the form and upload the supporting documents.
- Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number.
- After that enter the OTP and submit the application.
How to Download a Haryana Salary slip?
- Firstly you have to visit Intra Haryana official portal.
- After that on the website home page, you need to log in with your user id and password.
- After login dashboard will open on your screen.
- Here, you will see the option of “e Salary Services” in the Dashboard, click on it.
- Now, you will get two options – (a) Salary Slip and (b) Annual Salary Statement (if you want to see it monthly, select the first option and if you want to see it annually, then select the second option.)
- Now you will select the year and month. and click on “Show”.
- The Salary Slip will be displayed on your screen and can also download the slip.
Family ID Update
For Update family Id details, the employee must need to login into the portal. the procedure of update details are mentioned below
- Firstly An employee opens the official website and login with his unique code and password on the portal.
- After that dashboard will open on your screen where you will click on the “Update family id” option.
- After this, a new page will open where you will see all the names of the family.
- If your family information is not available then you have to click on the “Add New Family” button.
- After the click, a form will open where you have entered all the information asked in this form.
- After filling in all the details click on the submit button below.
In this way, you can update the Family ID by login into the intrahry portal.
How do Apply for an annual property return on HRMS Haryana?
- Firstly the user has to visit the official website
- On the home page, the applicant has to log in to the portal by entering the login details.
- After successful login to the portal, select the option of “Annual Property Return”.
- After that, the property declaration form will appear on the screen.
- select the financial year after that and fill in the details of a property.
- In the next step, you have to enter information related to Movable Property and Loan Details.
- In the last step, upload the signature and click on the submit button.
- After that OTP will come on your mobile number, enter it and submit it.
