HRMS Railway: Retired Employee Registration and HRMS Login at hrms.indianrail.gov.in

HRMS Railway: The Indian Railway launched a human resource management system (HRMS) to bridge the gap between employees and administration. It is an initiative by the railway department, the Government of India.

Through the HRMS Railway portal, Railway employees can apply for leave applications, transfers, promotions, awards, nominations for retirement benefits, and many more services. The HRMS (Human Resource Management system) will help the railway board and government have proper records of all employees. The Railway employee salary slips will be also generated from the HRMS Railway portal (hrms.indianrail.gov.in).

How To Retired Employee Register on HRMS Railway Portal?

• Firstly visit HRMS Railway’s official website: hrms.indianrail.gov.in/HRMS
• Now Homepage will be displayed on the screen.
• On the homepage, click on “Retired Employee Registration”.
• After the click, a new popup box will be open.
• Enter your PPO Number and Date of Birth.
• Click on the Go button.

If the user is not registered in HRMS

• Click on ‘Register’
• Enter 10 digit Mobile Number. Click on Send OTP.
• The Mobile Number will be Submit After entering the correct OTP to register yourself in HRMS.

How to log in to the HRMS Railway Website?

• Firstly you have to visit HRMS Railway official website: hrms.indianrail.gov.in/HRMS
• Now Homepage will be displayed on the screen.
• On the homepage, you will get a login form.
• Enter Username and Password.
• Click on Login Button.

Indian Railway HRMS Portal Reset Password Process

• Firstly visit HRMS Railway’s official website: hrms.indianrail.gov.in.
• Now Homepage will be displayed on the screen.
• On the homepage, click on the “Forgot Password” option.
• After the click, a new page will be open
• Now Enter HRMS Employee ID and click on Send OTP.
• Now OTP will receive on your registered Mobile No. and Enter an OTP.
• After Resetting your new password and click on submit button.

Thus, you can reset your login password on the portal.

Application for Split pass through the HRMS Portal

• Firstly visit the official HRMS website: hrms.indianrail.gov.in.
• Now you have to log in to the portal with your User ID and Password.
• Now dashboard will open on the screen.
• After that go to the tab “pass” next to “my issued passes” on the menu.
• The page will display all issued passes on the screen.
• select the issue and click on the “apply” button next to the pass number you require a split pass.
• Now select “from and to stations of travel” to ensure to upload the required documents.
• Next, enter the reason for applying for a split pass and click the “apply button”.
• Now You can view the status of the request after clicking the “applied” button.
