Steps to Recover the Lost Password
- Firstly You have to visit the BOI HRMS Official website
- After that Home page will open on the screen.
- On the Home page, Click On the Forget password button.
- After clicking, a new page will be displayed on your screen.
- On the page, Enter your employee ID select the question and write the answer to that question.
- Click on the submit button.
- Once you verify the details, the employee should enter the new password, confirm the password, and click on the submit.

How to Download BOI Pay Slip?
If you want to download the BOI salary slip then follow the steps mentioned below
- Visit the official portal and log in to the portal by using your login credentials.
- After that dashboard will open on the screen.
- On the dashboard, click on the Main menu link and navigate to self-service > View my payslip.
- After that, A new page will appear on the screen (as shown below).
- Now you will have to search the month and year. and click on the Search button.
- Now You will see the month-wise payslip in the BOI HRMS portal and click on the month for which you want to download your payslip.
- After clicking, BOI Payslip will be displayed on the screen. To generate the payslip select the YES option (as shown in the below image)
- Now click the Run Report button for the payslip generation.
- After some time you will see a success message under the Status column and a new ‘Save pay slip’ link. Click on the Save Pay Slip link.
- After that monthly payslip pdf file will be downloaded on your device.

BOI Safe login Process
- Firstly you have to visit the Bank of India Staff Official website- bankofindia.co.in/Staff/Home.html
- After that Home page will open on the screen.
- On the Home page, Click On the ‘Click Here’ button.
- On the next page, You will see a BOISAFE hybrid access gateway page including some login options.
- You may choose any one option for login as per your requirement. For example, if you choose the ‘Access using BOI-Safe OTP via SMS’, then a new login page will appear on the screen.
- On that page, Enter your user ID (MMS ID) and MMS Password.
- After that click on the Submit button to log in to the portal.
