The Andhra Pradesh Government provides Jnana Bhumi scholarships for Merit Students under the Jnana Bhumi scheme to help the poor students in their higher education. This scheme was launched by the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu. Any eligible student can apply online for the Jnana Bhumi scholarship through the JNB Nivas Portal.
The Scheme is only for tribal welfare, backward community welfare, social welfare, etc category students. The main objective of this scheme is the betterment of the student community in Andhra Pradesh.
JnanaBhumi or Jnb Nivas is an online web portal cum educational institutions management system.
