How to Create User LoginID in JKPaySys?
To get the User ID and Password to log into JKPaySys Portal, you have to visit your department account office and contact to DDO Officer. The JKPaySys user login ID can be created by POA (Pay & Accounts Offices) and DDOs. The first user must need to fill out an application form and submit it to the department. After that details are verified by DDO, once the details are verified your account will be activated. After successful activation, you can get a Username and password from the department. - Select the year and month for the salary slip you want.

Through this portal, you can generate as many as 19 different bills. This includes bills like salary bills, medical bills, annual increment bills, etc fro generate bills, follow the steps mentioned below
- Visit the official website.
- After that log into your account using your username and password.
- Now dashboard will open in front of you.
- In the dashboard, you will get a bill process option on the menu. Click on it.
- Now, you shall find several lists in the menu.
- Click on the bill that you want to generate.
Procedure To Create e-challan
- Firstly visit the official site.
- on the homepage, log in with the PAO username and password.
- After this, the dashboard will open in front of you.
- Click on the option of Generate Challan.
- On the next page, you need to select the Challan type.
- After that, you will find a table showing various employee names.
- Select the employee for whom, you are generating the challan.
- After this, a pop-up will open, and click on the OK button.
- Again go back to the previous page and click on Bill processing, after that go on to click on PBR verification.
- Click on the verify button.
- Click on OK next click on the send bill/cancel bill option
- After that click on the report and then on challan report after that click on Draft/final.
- Now Click on Generate Report.

- On the homepage, you can find the “Know your CPISID” option. as shown below
