Guest Faculty Scorecard: The Guest Faculty System Management (GFMS) recruits guest teachers in MP, GFMS conducts recruitment for guest faculty for primary, middle, high, and higher classes. Under the online recruitment process of guest teachers, candidates have to Register themselves on the GFMS  portal. After filling out the online application, the government provides facilities to the candidates to check their Atithi Shikshak scorecard 2023 online. and Candidates will be selected based on the merit list. What is the Guest Faculty Scorecard (Atithi Shikshak Scorecard)?

Guest faculty scorecard provided by GFMS. Every candidate has an individual scorecard. Candidates will be selected based on the scorecard. The higher score gets a higher chance to be selected for guest faculty. The total number of Guest faculty scorecards is 300. if you are a retired teacher or an experienced teacher from a school then you have to get 100 marks on your scorecard. Guest faculty score also depends on academic education marks that are 12th, graduation or post-graduation also add on guest faculty scorecard.

How to Calculate Guest Faculty Scorecard (Atithi Shikshak Scorecard)?

How to Download the Guest Faculty Scorecard?

• Go to the official website at http://gfms.mp.gov.in.
• Click on “Download Guest Faculty Score Card” or click here.

• First of all, you have to fill Aadhar no and Username on the GFMS Portal and click on View My Scorecard to know your Guest Faculty scorecard or GFMS Scorecard 2023.

• Now, your scorecard will appear on your screen like the screenshot below, which you can take a printout.

How to apply for MP Guest Teacher: Step by Step Process?

1. Registration: First of all, you have to register yourself on the GFMS portal such as providing Personal details, Qualification details, and Experience Details.

2. Aadhar E-KYC: Now you have to enter your Aadhar number and Samagra ID for E-KYC. After successfully done E-KYC, Take Printout.

3. Document Verification: Go to your nearest government school to verify your all documents with an application form and E-KYC Printout.

4. Download Score Card: After successfully verifying documents, you have to download your scorecard from GFMS Portal and take a printout. Check the above process to Download the Atithi Shikshak scorecard. 

5. Choice Filling For School: The candidate has to choose their school by their subject and block on the GFMS Portal. Take a printout and go to school for document verification.

*This Registration process is only for new Candidates If you already applied before then, then you have no need to register yourself again on the portal. You can directly log in by register number.

Why Guest Teachers Requirements:

• If the post is empty against the sanctioned post in the school.
• In case of any teacher staying on a minimum of 15 days or more medical / earned / other sanctioned leave.
• In case any teacher is leaving on maternity leave or paternity leave.
• New High School / middle school Where the teacher has not been recruiting yet.
