The government of Andhra Pradesh has launched the AP CFMS online portal (cfms.ap.gov.in) to check CFMS Bill Status Details and also the Status of the bill online. The Finance Department of the Andhra Pradesh Govt has been moving towards digitization in different aspects. The Treasury Department provides a different service online to their employees. AP treasury is liable for all the financial schemes or services offered by the AP government.

The online facility of AP treasury department offers various facilities online including the digitization of government schemes, public services, government utilities, DDO requests, Pay Slip, Pension, DDO Code, GPF Slips, Bill Status Etc. The candidate can also check CFMS bill Status by using the year of the bill and number.

What is CFMS?

CFMS is a Comprehensive Financial Management System that is specially designed and developed by the Finance department of the Andhra Pradesh Government. AP CFMS is implemented by Andhra Pradesh Center for Financial management systems and services. Through CFMS, employees of the AP govt can get details of DDO requests, Pay slips, Pension, DDO codes, GPF Slips, CFMS Bill Status, etc.

What are the services provided by CFMS?

There are different types of services available on CFMS are listed below

• Government to Government (G2G) Service: The G2G service included is a budget allocation to the Finance department, Heads of the department, treasuries, Drawing and Disbursement Officers (DDOs), RBI, AG, and GSTN.
• Government to Citizen (G2C) Service: Challan payment or refunds using manual and online payment gateways, social security pensioners, taxpayers, banks, etc.
• Govt to Employee (G2E) Service: In this service includes the self-service for maintenance of employee information and employee challans for loan repayments.

How to Check AP CFMS Bill Status 2023?

• Firstly you must visit the AP CFMS official website.
• After that website will open on your screen.
• On the Homepage, You can see the “Citizen Services” column at the left bottom corner.
• From the Citizen services column, Click on Expenditure links >> Bill status option.
• Now Citizen Bill status page will open on your screen.
• Enter the Year and Bill number in the columns, and Select Enter button.
• After that, your bill status is displayed on the screen with complete details of Gross Amount, Deduction, and Net Amount along with the detailed flow of the bill, beneficial details, and transaction details of the approved bill.

How to Download Employee Payslip Online at AP treasury Portal?

• Firstly, the Candidate must visit the AP CFMS official website – https://cfms.ap.gov.in
• After that website will open on your screen.
• On the Homepage, You can see the “Employee & pensioner services” column.
• From the Employee & pensioner services column, Click on Employee services >> My Payslip option.
• After that new page will open where you have to enter 7 digit Employee Id.
• Click on the Get Details button.
• Now you will see your salary on the screen.
• Finally, you can download the payslip using the year-wise or monthly-wise. Additionally, you can also download your annual statement.

AP CFMS Beneficiary Search

• Firstly you must visit the AP CFMS official website.
• After that website will open on your screen.
• On the Homepage, You can see the “Citizen Services” column at the left bottom corner.
• From the Citizen services column, Click on Expenditure links >> beneficiary Search option or directly go through the link provided below
• On the beneficiary search page, Firstly Choose one option for search.
• After that, enter the number of your credential according to the selection in the above column.
• Click on the Search Button.
• Now following details Beneficiary code, Name, Address, PAN number, Aadhar number, GSTIN No, and Bank details will be displayed on your screen.

AP CFMS Challan Status

• Firstly Candidate must visit the AP CFMS official website
• After that homepage and website will open on your screen.
• On the Homepage, You can see the “Citizen Services” column at the left bottom corner. Click on Receipts Links >> Challan Status option.
• After Click Challan Status page will be displayed on your screen.
• Now enter the CFMS Transaction Id, Department Transaction Id, Challan Number, and Bank Reference Id.
• Now click on the Check Status button from the below corner.
• Finally,  you can get CFMS Challan Status online.
