- Now you have to select the ‘Citizen Login’ option and Enter your Aadhar Card number and Captcha Code.
- Click on the ‘Get Ekyc OTP’ button.
- Now enter the OTP received on your Aadhar Registered Mobile Number.

Procedure to Submit Grievance Online on Spandana Portal
If you want to lodge your complaint online through the portal, you can follow the steps mentioned below.
- Firstly, the User must Visit the Official website of Spandana Portal i.e Spandana.ap.gov.in
- After that Homepage will open in front of you.
- On the Homepage, the User must have to log in by using Aadhar Number.
- After login Dashboard will open in front of you.
- Now, submit for a new Grievance, you have to click on the ‘Registration of application‘ option at the top.
- Now all your details will be visible on the screen. If any complaint is filed before, then its information will also be shown here.
- And you have to fill in the details of the Grievance Address, Grievance Information, etc.
- After filling in all the information, click on the ‘SUBMIT GRIEVANCE‘ button below.
In this way, your Grievance has been registered. The grievance id will appear on your screen. You can also take the printout of it.
Procedure to Submit Offline Grievance
The Applicant may Register their Complaint by visiting at nearest Grama / Ward Sachivalayam. For this, you have to take the Aadhaar card and go to the secretariat office.

Yes, if you have a shortage of time, then you can also file a complaint by making a phone call. For this, you can call 1902 and file a complaint at any time. and action will be taken on it as soon as possible and your problem will be redressed.

- On the Home page, click on the ‘Check Grievance Status’ Option.
- After that Grievance Status page will open.
- Now Enter the YSR# and Captcha code.
- And Click on Get Details.
- Now all the details about the status of the complaint will appear on your screen.
