Existing Student or CA Member Online Registration Process on ICAI SSP Portal
If you are an Exiting Student or ICAI Member and want to create a new account in ICAI SSP Portal, then the process is the same but the user needs to choose the role before creating it. Follow the steps for registration on SSP Portal is given below;
- Firstly you have to visit ICAI Official Website- https://eservices.icai.org/
- After that homepage will open in front of you.
- On The Home page click on Don’t Have a Login to SSP Yet? (Existing Student/Members) Click Here
- After click, a new page will appear in front of you. Here, you first have to select “Current Role“.
- After that, Enter 6 digit MRN number and Date of Birth. and click on Validate button.
- Now a dialog box will appear in front of you, now enter your email and mobile number. and click on OK.
- After this, the pre-filled form will appear on your screen. now you have to click on the Generate OTP button.
- Now an OTP will get on your mobile number and email, and it will be entered to be verified.
- Now click on the Submit button.
In this way, you will be successfully registered on the SSP portal. now you will get a Login ID and password on your mobile number and email.
New Student Registration on SSP ICAI Portal
If you are a New Student and want to register on ICAI SSP Portal, then follow the steps for registration is given below;
- Firstly you have to visit ICAI Official Website– https://eservices.icai.org/
- On The Home page click on First Time User (New Student)? Click Here
- After That, a registration form will open in front of you.
- Now enter the all required details asked in the form i.e Name, Gender, DOB, Email, Number, Country Name, and nationality.
- Click on Generate OTP button.
- Now Enter the OTP that you received on your mobile no.
- And click on the Register button to complete the registration process.

How to login to ICAI SSP Portal?
To login to your ICAI Portal, follow the procedure given below
- Firstly you have to visit ICAI Official Website- https://icai.org
- On the Homepage, you will see the Self Service Portal Option. Click on it.
- ICAI Login page will appear on your screen.
- Enter User ID and Password. and click on Login Button.
In this way, you will be successfully Login on to the SSP portal.
Articleship Online Registration
- Firstly you have to visit the ICAI SSP Official Website- https://eservices.icai.org/
- Now login by User ID and Password. and Dashboard will appear on your screen.
- After that, you have to click on the “Articleship” option under the “Articleship” menu.
- Now you will see details like Course status, Current Course, Validation, etc. on your screen.
- Here you have to click on Articleship Deed Form.
- Now a form will appear in front of you. In this, you have to fill in the following details.
- Select the Date of Commencement of Articleship and Enter the Membership No. of the Member/Paid Assistant under whom Articleship will be done.
- and click on the Get Details button.
- Select the Firm under which the Articleship will be done and the Date on which Deed is made.
- Now click on the “Submit” button below.
- Now you have to download the deed form and print it out.
- After this fill in the required information on the form, it has to be scanned.
Log in to the page again in case you log out.
- After login click on the Submitted Applications tab and click on the Articleship Deed Form icon.
- Now Click on the view button in the Action column.
- and now click on the “click here” button to edit and fill out the registration form.
- After this, all your personal details will appear on the screen. you can also edit it.
- After entering all the required information, click on the “Next” button.
- Now you will have to verify the qualification details, and you can edit them.
- Click on the “Next” button.
- on the next page, you will have to verify CA Course details and can also make necessary changes. and after that click on the “Next” button.
- Now select from the two options “yes or No” to indicate whether the Articled assistant or audit clerk are actively involved in other business or profession during the articleship period? or the articled assistant/audit clerk has taken up any other course of study – academic or professional?.
- If you select the “yes” option, then the applicant must need to fill the form 112 using another form tab before submitting the registration form.
- Click on the “next” button to verify the member details, and select “I agree” and click on submit the details.
In this following way, your article registration will be completed.
How to Fill the Articleship Termination/Completion Form?
If you want to submit Auditship Completion and Industrial Training Completion / Termination forms. Then follow step-wise procedure has been given below.
- Firstly you have to visit the ICAI SSP Official Website- https://eservices.icai.org/
- Now login by User ID and Password. and Dashboard will appear on your screen.
- After that, you have to click on the “Articleship” option under the “Articleship” menu.
- Now you have to click on the articleship termination form.
- After this, the termination form will appear on your screen.
- Now you will have to fill in all the details asked in the form.
- Here first you have to select Reason for Termination.
- After this, the student details will be displayed below.
- Next, fill in the Date of Termination, No. of the day of Leaves, Stipend Details, etc.
- Click on the “Next” button.
- Enter the correct details about the Member In-charge Training.
- Enter the work done details only for the period served days. Type “0” (zero) in the remaining which are not applicable.
- Now enter any professional training programs during the current articles, if you attend any during articleship.
- Enter the remarks given by the member about the students during the articleship period. and Click on the Next button.
- Now you have to Upload the required document in support of the reason for termination mentioned on the first screen. Click on Submit.
- Download the PDF, and sign by the Members (Principal and MIT).
- Now upload the scanned copy using the Edit Application feature.
